These terms and conditions set out the rules and conditions governing the services provided by Jablonski DevOps via adamjablonski.dev.

1. Services

The services include, amongst other things:

website development,

coding Figma designs into a CMS,

e-commerce development,

SEO and performance optimisation,

technical support and maintenance.

The exact scope of the project will be determined individually in advance.

2. Payment Terms

Projects up to €3,000 excl. VAT

For projects with a value of up to €3,000 excl. VAT, full payment in advance is required based on an invoice.

Projects over €3,000 excl. VAT

For projects over €3,000 excl. VAT, payment in instalments is possible:

50% prior to the start of the project,

50% prior to delivery or going live.

In the event of non-payment, work on the project may be temporarily suspended.

3. Delivery timeframe

The delivery timeframe is agreed on a case-by-case basis and depends on the scope of the project and the timely provision of materials by the client.

Delays caused by a lack of feedback, changing concepts or missing content may affect the schedule.

4. Revisions and additional work

Rounds of corrections within the pre-agreed scope are included.

Additional functionalities, changes outside the original scope or additional work will be invoiced separately.

During the collaboration, no additional work will be carried out ‘in between’, ‘just quickly’ or outside the agreed scope of the project.

5. Warranty

A 12-month technical warranty is provided on delivered websites from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers:

technical errors caused during development,

issues related to implementation,

corrections relating to the proper functioning of the website.

The warranty does not apply to:

changes made by the client or third parties,

errors caused by incorrect use of the CMS,

problems caused by additional plugins, code modifications or external interventions,

poor management, missing updates or changes that destabilise the website.

6. Terms of Collaboration

The terms of collaboration are not subject to individual negotiation, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

I do not work on the basis of commissions, revenue sharing, profit sharing or other performance-based collaboration models.

7. Copyright

Copyright is transferred upon full payment for the project.

I reserve the right to include completed projects in my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

I am not liable for:

actions of third parties,

disruptions caused by hosting providers or external services,

loss of data,

problems caused by changes made after delivery.

9. Final provisions

By using the services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be amended or updated at any time.
