Foodperium.eu is an online shop specialising in healthy and organic food. The platform already offered a ready-made e-commerce solution, but needed to be modernised in terms of user-friendliness, accessibility and performance.

About this project

The aim of the project was to improve the existing online shop and make it more user-friendly without having to completely overhaul the platform.

You were responsible for enhancing the existing system, focusing on:

  • refreshing the online shop’s interface in terms of UX/UI
  • improving accessibility (making it available to a wider audience)
  • detecting and rectifying errors and inconsistencies in the interface
  • optimising performance (shorter loading times and smoother navigation)
  • improving the overall user flow and shopping experience

The online shop was built on WordPress and was already operating as an existing e-commerce platform. Your role centred on improving and optimising the existing system, rather than building a new platform.

The work involved refining the interface, improving interactions, and resolving technical and UX-related issues.

The aim was to make the online shop more modern, faster and more accessible to users on a variety of devices.

Technical optimisations and accessibility optimisation

By analysing user journeys and the existing structure, various issues relating to user experience and performance were identified. These were resolved without altering the system’s underlying structure, ensuring that the platform remained stable whilst significantly improving its ease of use.

Result

The result was an improved and optimised online shop with a more modern look, better accessibility and higher performance. The improvements made ensured that users enjoyed clearer navigation and a smoother shopping experience.

Amica Technology is a European manufacturer of advanced industrial UV LED inkjet printing systems, specialising in high-precision 360° direct printing onto objects. The company develops innovative solutions for printing on cylindrical and conical surfaces, such as bottles, cans, cosmetics packaging and other industrial products. Its technology is used in sectors such as packaging, cosmetics, food and pharmaceuticals.

About this project

The project focused on transforming a detailed design in Figma into a fully functional and high-performance WordPress-based website. The aim was to faithfully reflect the visual design in a modern, fast and user-friendly interface that aligns with the brand’s identity in the high-tech sector.

You were responsible for developing and implementing the front-end, focusing on:

  • converting the Figma design to WordPress whilst maintaining perfect pixel accuracy
  • developing a modern and well-organised page layout
  • full responsiveness (desktops, tablets and mobile devices)
  • implementing consistent user interface elements
  • optimising performance and load times

Technical implementation

The website was built using WordPress and has a flexible structure, allowing the team to easily manage the content and expand the site without the need for technical knowledge.
